Preparing for SQLBits 2020 – My Azure Data Factory Sessions

Another year and another excellent SQLBits conference is in the events calendar. We were supposed to be back in London and at the massive ExCel exhibition centre. However, the event (like most others) is going virtual.

For me, once again I’m very humbled to have been selected to speak, not once, but three times. Thank you SQLBits. This will be my:

  • Fifth time attending the event.
  • Fourth time helping (go orange T-Shirt crew).
  • Fourth time as a speaker.
  • Third time supporting as a sponsor.

…. I think!

This year I’ll be delivering three sessions on my favourite cloud resource, Azure Data Factory.

  1. A Day Full of Azure Data Factory
  2. Using Azure DevOps for Azure Data Factory
  3. ETL in Azure Made Easy with Data Factory Data Flows

As you’ll know if you seen me speak before my content is only ever based on real world experiences. I walk-the-walk as well as talk-the-talk! 🙂

In both of the following sessions you’ll get more of this as we look at two key aspects of this ever growing cloud native resource. Hopefully we’ll also get time to play the Azure Icon Game!
